I had a wonderful stay at Gran Melia Jakarta with excellent amenities, friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere. The highlight for me was the perfect Lady in Red service, particularly from Sri Ananda and Novita Dora. However, I faced some issues with communication regarding transportation reservations, which was frustrating. Overall, a fantastic experience worth recommending! 😍🌟
